Abstract:

In this paper, we present some fixed and coincidence point theorems for hybrid rational Geraghty contractive mappings in partially ordered $b$-metric spaces. Also, we derive certain coincidence point results for such contractions. An illustrative example is provided here to highlight our findings.

Fixed and common fixed points for $(psi,varphi)$-weakly contractive mappings in $b$-metric spaces

In this paper, we give a fixed point theorem for $(psi,varphi)$-weakly contractive mappings in complete $b$-metric spaces. We also give a common fixed point theorem for such mappings in complete $b$-metric spaces via altering functions. The given results generalize two known results in the setting of metric spaces. Coincidence points and common fixed points for hybrid pair of mappings in b-metric spaces endowed with a graph

In this paper, we introduce the notion of strictly (α,ψ,ξ)-G-contractive mappings in b-metric spaces endowed with a graph G. We establish a sufficient condition for existence and uniqueness of points of coincidence and common fixed points for such mappings.
